This morning while checking my Facebook posts and messages I saw a post titled:
"40 Tips for Happy Healthy Life"

The first thing I'd like to talk about is Happy.

How happy are we? And why are we not happier? For the most part I think as a group we are happy. I'm happy to be a premium member here at WA and I'm happy to meet most of you LOL. I'm happy WA is limiting the amount of time free members can access the site. If you want to make money in this business (or any business for that matter) you need to make a commitment to do that job. The reason to come to this site is to learn how to do this business. The amount of money needed to invest in this education is tiny compared to outside classes. Anyway, I'm happy I'm a paid member and I suggest you do the same. You will discover that being a paid member will help you become happier.

Now on to the Healthy Part.

The 40 tips cover Health, Personality, Community and Life.
I’m not going to go over all 40. If you want to see the list search Google. What I want to discuss is several points and how I feel it relates to WA.

Drink Plenty of Water. Funny thing, while sitting at your computer for long periods of time drinking water is not only healthy for you, it provides you with some exercise. Now I hope I don’t have to explain that!

Walk 30 minutes every day – and while you walk, smile. I’m amazed at how much better I can focus on a project after I have walked.

Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants, and eat less food that is manufactured in plants. At a recent talk I attended the speech was about the brain. Interesting that the real subject ended up being about what you eat. The simple answer from the speaker – for a healthy meal, it should consist of multiple colors

Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime. Here at WA we slowly realize this learning is a journey.

Don’t compare your life to others’. You have no idea what their journey is all about. And how true is that? I love it when a newbie asks so how much money can I make. It’s such an obvious question, yet a very naïve question I hear not only at WA but everywhere.

Finally, I think this is one of the most important thoughts from the list:
Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6. We all enjoy the chat room when John is there. This man has provided us all with tons of information and ideas. Thanks John aka TJBrooks.

I've been here, but my notifications list says to come back. Now I know why, missed your comment on TJ. He is the best, still keep reading his e-book over and over.
WA is the best, couldn't be happier. ^_~0238/6/21

What e-book has TJ done caylynn

Guess I should thank you for following me and my comments and follow you back! LOL. Go to his website http://www.internetbusinesstoolcenter.com/. Hurdles is a pdf e-book and the password is his name. He is one of many websites I go to regularly. Have learned so much, hope you do too. ^_~2115/9/26

Just realised when I saw the "drink" comment that I had a cup of HOT COFFEE. Not now, because I have been on the computer for an hour and just plain forgot about it. Just sitting to the right of my right hand. Oblivious! Just in the edge of my peripheral, but still did not give it a second of attention. Must go for a walk!

I really enjoyed your post on this subject. You certainly sound like a fellow that taken your own advice!

Nice to be happy and healthy, staying that way is an everyday goal. Good Blog, Skip! The 40 tips would have been a nice link from your blog, you think? Or can we? Am still a newbie happily learning and hopefully applying to make success happen with all the WA family.

whew you scared me when you said 40... really I did like this. It does make me happy to hang with my dad over 70 and my grandkids under 6 now I know why.

Thank you for these nuggets and not keeping them to yourself.

I'll leave the posting of 40 tips for ??? to Kyle or Carson LOL

Hello Skip, what good advice. Thanks. Jackie x

You know what, Skip? You are right on the money. No wonder you live in Reno! ;) I love seniors! I have taken care of a few and they have so much to offer all of us. Their histories are rich and their stories are priceless. And they are wise. We would all do well to just hang with them. Honestly, folks who haven't, don't know what they are missing. Great post! I just adore John. :)

Your post made me happy!

I like talking with older people. The older I get, the younger everyone around me seems to get to the point where I don't know any old people any more. I taught a class called Computers for Senior Citizens. It took us 3 hours to get everyone comfortable with how to plug in the flash drive, but they got it.

As in anything, patience and persistence is the key.

Thanks for the great reminder.

Kali

Good advice for about anything in life, I'll have to remember this.
