My Updated Action Plan
I'm now jumping in the deep end. I've learned how to tread water here and even a few strokes.
So what have I decided. Finding Niches. Seems to be a hard concept to grasp and understand. It finally hit me what I can do.
I made a group of 4 categories that interest me most.
They are: Music, Electronics (iPads, iPhones etc.), Human Interest (Health and motivation) and Misc (Sports, holiday's, travel and Kiwanis).
I know the best way I learn is to do and do and do. Don't worry about making mistakes just be sure to learn from them.
I'm in the process of developing websites in all 4 niches. I'm writing articles and setting up websites. My goal is a web site each week in each niche. This has turned into a gruelling process. However, each day things get easier and I learn more and more about what to do.
This has become a full time job and I love every minute. When driving around time I notice something and I realize I need to make a web site for that. What fun!!!

Hello! I always read that it's a bad idea to set up more than 1 website at once, for the sake of focus. I love that you are doing things differently. Would you have done things differently if you could go back? I'm trying to work on 2 niches at once and already find it challenging.
Hey Xiang, thought of it very early on, but the more I went through the courses and lessons, and applied them to the process of building my site, the bigger I knew this would be...ur not just building a website, ur building a business. And when you come to realize that you begin to understand the learning process you must go through to really become successful at this. Having aspirations or a passion for more than one niche is great, but do yourself a favor and just focus on one first, and give yourself the time to gain understanding from the experience of it. Better to learn mistakes with one, then the second and so on will be much easier. But that's just me :)
