Page one ranking, Cha Ching! It can and will happen.

So I have been here at WA for just over a month now, and so far I have learnt so much. I've followed training step by step, and just finished course 3. At first my content writing was slow and painful, but the more I wrote, the easier and better it became...
Ok, so the first article I wrote for my niche website was called What is Matched Betting
Here is the keyword phrase data for this particular phrase:
Searches: 554
Traffic: 95
A pretty decent keyword phrase if you can get it to rank :) so, I set out to write my content as naturally as I could, providing quality content for whom ever may stumble across it. For me, building my website and content is something I enjoy, and never really set out to write purely to capitalize from it.
I finished my article, published it, then continued to build up the rest of my website. I would check back now and then to see if I was ranking. It started page 10, then it was hovering around page 4 for a few weeks until last week, I noticed It had moved to the bottom of page two!
Wrote some more content this last week, and created links between different pages on my site to get people reading the content on all pages, checked google today and BOOM!!
PAGE ONE GOOGLE RANKING...!
Ok, so it is the bottom of page one, but page one non the less. My point here is,
Stick by your content, continue to grow the rest of your site with quality content and you wil get ranked. This is my first website building experience, I'm a novice, a noob, but getting first page rankings is possible for ANYONE. just stick to your guns, believe in what your writing, and keep following Kyle and Carson's training... It works!
Hopefully now with my new page one ranking I will start to see some larger traffic streaming into my site.

Hi Adam, well done and congratulations.
As previously mentioned you have a really good website and a damn good niche so much so that I went to sign up for it through your affiliate link but discovered just in time that one cannot access UK bookies from Singapore, what a pain as I was really pumped up about the content of your site and the excellent explanation.
Anyhow I wish you continued success. I am sure the bucks will start rolling in.

Hey Claud, thank you for your kind words mate. Yes, unfortunately you do need a UK postal address to sign up to the bookmakers, there is always ways around it if you are out of country, using ip changes like Hola to appear to be in the UK, it works, I've done it, but wouldn't advise it on my website as its a bit of a "grey zone". Thank you for mentioning this though, it's a point I will make on my site so people don't get caught out! I have a free evening tonight so will have a look through your website and leave you some content related comments, always helps for rankings if google can see your quality interactions with visitors.

Excellent tips, when you write something and know you have done your level best the content will get where it is supposed to be. Just keep writing and it may take a week, it might be a month, or may be a year but you will see results.
