Good Morning all,
So, I used the 'Comments' feature on the WA platform requesting feedback for a particular post and was fortunate enough to get 3 replies, which was great.
The comments showed up as a notification next to the 'Websites' tab on the navigational panel on the WA platform site but they didn't show on my 'Comments' tab on the site Word Press back office.

Can anyone explain why that is please? Is is because the visit was made through the WA platform link and not the direct URL?
