This post was brought on by some thoughts I had about the internet marketing world and John's post. As I've always said and always will I'm a developer at heart. I love the marketing challenge and seeing the money roll in but you can't beat completing a project and admiring your own handiwork.
In a literal sense a scam is basically an instance of paying for something and then not receiving what you payed for. We all think we've been scammed a bunch or that there's a ton of scams out there. Truth be told I can find the 90% of the information here at WA all over the internet a lot of it in those so called scams.
The real difference is the marketing. WA doesn't market itself with promises of making easy money like some do. You'll find similar information in many programs but they'll tell you that you'll make endless amounts of money hiding the fact that it's hard work and to really make the numbers that they advertise you need a bit of luck as well.
The point of this post is to really look at what you have here at WA. You have a wealth of information, but you can get that by doing Google searches all day. What you really have is a community that can guide you through the process and uplift you when you need that extra nudge. This is something that you don't find in the average internet marketing product. I won't go into the details because you all know them already (Worpress Express, Wabinars, etc..) but the real advantage for me is the community aspect. Why do you think forums were so popular this past decade?
