You mop them up and wash them down - hey ! you must mean: how do I get my cat to stop puking them up". You could feed your cat a hairball laxative that contains petrolatum (small quantity a couple times a week) which works by lubricating the GI tract so kitty cat pass it off in the litter box, or you could just add 1/4 tsp pure pumpkin(not pie filling) to her food twice daily which works the same way as the petrolatum.
