YAM , BANANA AND DUMPLING , WITH OTHER FOOD SUCH AS DASHEEN AND COCO
also Jamaica have the best athletic program in the world starting at 6 years up to 20 years
We have school rivalry from early age , and we have school championship from primary school to university
So it's a big program there , but the food we eat is a huge factor also
