I just watched that a short while ago Hentley, many congratulations to the ladies of the island!
But how does such a small country keep on producing the best sprinters in the world?

All of the above applies. We are a small Island of very resilient and determined people. So very proud of our girls.

Jamaica certainly sounds like a fantastic place full of wonderful people, I hope to get there one day.
The Food
YAM , BANANA AND DUMPLING , WITH OTHER FOOD SUCH AS DASHEEN AND COCO
also Jamaica have the best athletic program in the world starting at 6 years up to 20 years
We have school rivalry from early age , and we have school championship from primary school to university
So it's a big program there , but the food we eat is a huge factor also
You've got me sold on the food there my friend!

Yes, parts of the country are in lock down. We were doing extremely well till this last bout of the delta strain. We go with the flow, what can we do.
