When you get overwhelmed bring yourself back to the training!

As a working Mom of 2 little boys I am struggling to find the time to do it all and I am sure you Moms out there can relate. Although my cup overfloweth and I love those little souls dearly my plate is FULL!!! When I am home they really don’t afford me the opportunity to get much done and it can be frustrating at times when there is so much I want to do and achieve. Some times days go by when I can’t sit down to work on my website or look at training and I begin to feel overwhelmed. My thoughts go something like this, “how on earth am I going to write content to put on my site”, “Where will I find the time to anyway”, “Am I crazy thinking I can do this”, “maybe I should downgrade from Premium as I can hardly manage what I am doing currently”. So you get the idea of the hamster wheel thoughts that are particularly persistent in the early hours of the morning when you should be fast asleep. And then I find a free moment and watch some training and I once again feel that all is well in my world. This is indeed doable and WA takes you step by step through the process. No need to know it all now and it’s not a race. Follow the training, tick the boxes and before long you will look back and realize how much you have actually achieved in an area you previously knew nothing about. And above all else BREATHE
