To see if you are being effected by porn spam go to your web data in Google Analytics and check the Behavior - site content - landing pages. These referrals that show up in GA are commonly called Ghost Referrer Spam because they don’t really visit your page. They show up in Google Analytics by hitting random tracking-ID’s (the number associated with your site)

Its one way some sites try to get you to visit their site. they artifically inflate your stats by calling a file on your site a few times and on low traffic sites usually 20-30 hits would make this referrer appear high or at the top on your referrer list, making them more visible. The spammers know that most of the sites out there have little or no traffic, and hit the site a few times to make sure they are high on the referrer list. They assume you will click through to their site to see who is referring you but they're just another type of spam.

They won’t cause any physical harm to your site since they never reach it, but you shouldn’t ignore them, the major problem of this and any other referrer spam is that they pollute your data in Google Analytics especially affecting metrics like bounce-rate and avg. session time.

The first thing you should do is go into your admin panel and delete all your old themes and unactivated plugins as they can be used for access to your site.

To delete a theme click on the theme then click on the delete at the bottom right.

You can create a filter In Google Analytics go to the Admin tab. Go to View Column and select Filters

Click on New Filter

4 Put Spam Porn Referral as a name for the Filter.

5 Filter Type select Custom. Filter Field, find and select Campaign Source. In the Filter Pattern text box, copy and paste this Regular Expression

After you check everything Save

It seems that mostly Google Analytics sites ending in UA-#######-1 are mostly effected. If you wish you can get a new number.
