My Website had a Problem but I have fixed it! Yeah!
Dear WA Folks,
I am a writer by trade and not so much of a technophobe. I know a great deal about Google and Google Drive but when it comes to any sort of coding, I am just not there. My first website is up (not finished by any means) but I had a problem. I was not able to access the Visual Text Editor which holds all the goodies for writing posts and pages. I could still of course type content but I was able to use the full picture.
After spending several hours trying to figure out the problem by reading numerous Wordpress Support Forums on the various issues (all seemed to have to do with some sort of coding), I happened upon in one of the forums someone talking about flipping the switch. So, in case this happens to someone else, make sure that in your Dashboard area under USERS, then your own profile that you do NOT click on not being able to see the Visual Text Editor while writing box. Then you won't have the problem I did. For Newbies (those of us who don't yet code) you need the Visual Text Editor. Hope this helps! Keep it Real Everyone!
