One of my favorite passages in the Bible comes from Esther 4:14, "...for such a time as this." I won't go into the history, but I do want to take these six words and apply it to your journey here at WA. FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS!You are here for a reason. It was no coincidence that you crossed paths with WA. Everything that had a part in you being here was for a reason. There is purpose in your time. When the aggravation sets in and you feel like climbing the walls, remember, that for such a

We use ladders to help us reach what we couldn't originally grab. It's the tool to elevate us from our current position. I use this term here because I want to share with you how to elevate your achievement process. To accomplish your goals you take it one step at a time. Each step is a new level. With each new level comes new emotions of excitement, fear, anxiety, frustration, motivation, etc. I am one that loves heights. The higher the better. I have always been a daredevil and push t

Last night, while driving home, I had a flash back of my kids riding in the back seats asking, "Are we there yet?" . It never failed that, within the first thirty miles of leaving the house, one of them would be yelling, "DAD!!! ARE WE THERE YET?"The worst was vacation time. They were so excited to be heading to our week's destination of fun. They were packed and on the journey. Their little minds were racing with possibilities and the back seats filled with chatter of everything they were

If, you are like me, then you battle with cluttered thinking. I feel like my thoughts never shut off. Even in my downtime my brain is still working on multiple projects. I have come to learn that this is actually brain clutter. I began to try various steps to rid this clutter and strengthen my focus on where it needs to be at the time. If, you find yourself in the same cluttered mess of thinking, then I hope some this blog will help you deal. #1 Step Away, Breathe, and Re-identifyFirst

This is your moment. This is your time. This belongs to you. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. What are you doing with it?Cast off the heavy weights and run this race in knowing that a crown awaits. You don't have to run it in fear of never finishing or with thoughts that someone is running faster than you. You don't have to run it looking behind. You are not defeated. You are a victorious warrior. Just run it.The new you begins now! You've got this! Live it. Be it. Do it.

Laughter is a medicine for the soul. In Proverbs 17:22 we are stressed that it isn't just a medicine, but a good medicine. I want to encourage you today to shake off the heavy load you are carrying. If, you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed, shake it off with laughter. I know this may sound a bit bizarre, but start laughing. Literally, start making yourself laugh. You may not feel like doing it, but make yourself. There is something that happens in your laughter. When you feel like y

"Those too lazy to plow in the right season will have no food at the harvest." ~ Proverbs 20:4Coming from a farm, I can tell you that plowing is work. If, we truly want a harvest, then we have to work the land. We have to be there in both the drought and floods, the heat and cold. We cradle the seeds, brace the plants, and defend from weeds, insects, and animals. If, at any time, we slack then the harvest suffers. It's the same here at WA and with your online business. I

As most know, I had to be in Birmingham, AL at UAB hospital for a few days due to an emergency surgery to repair a brain bleed. All is well and I thank you for all the thoughts, prayers, comments, and concerns. There's still a long row ahead to plow, but I am getting there. While driving through the chaotic traffic of Birmingham, I was inspired to write this blog.Ultimately, I was in control of my own car and getting to my destination; However, I also had to depend on all the other drivers,
