Fitness and Business

Have you noticed how the big guns such as Gary Vee and Tony Robbins are advocates for including some form of physical exercise in your daily routine?

Coincidence? I think not.

Part of being a success in the endeavours of your choosing is balance.

If you wish to be in prime condition mentally, you need to balance that out with being in good condition physically.

Of course, this doesn't mean you can't be a good business person if you don't have a six pack.

Exercise and feeling good is different for everyone.

But physical exercise grounds us, relieves stress and keeps us healthy.

For those of us that spend a lot of time working on our computers, getting away and getting physical is especially important.

When you begin to cultivate this mind - body connection, mental workouts suddenly seem less strenuous, and motivation comes easier.

What are your thoughts? :)

Hi there,

I would surely say Amen to this. As a loyal proponent of fitness, I have no doubt exercising on a regular basis would improve not only physical health and the appearance but also the productivity and mental clarity. On that note, everyone has a different goal in fitness spectrum. As long as they are keeping everything in balance and somehow incorporate exercise into they weekly routine this will definitely do them good, even going for a 30-min walk after dinner helps.

Very true, even small changes to one's routine to add in a little exercise can make a noticeable difference!

Totally. Just wondering are you in the fitness niche? I am thinking of starting in the fitness niche and would love to have some companions to bounce ideas off

I'm not currently but have also been thinking about branching into it. Always happy to chat about some ideas though!
