Why wa

So being an executive for 25+ years I have come across many people, I have tried and succeeded in nurturing some, who would eventually move on and then I have my problem children. 2015 and the beginning of 2016 has left me with some area's of behavior that make me feel like someone's mother. You know like when you ask the kids to pick up "whatever" and you have to ask 17 times and then eventually you do it yourself because you cannot not get them to do it without executing extreme measures.

Well Ladies and Gents, that is what my work life is like. Procedures and Protocols are constantly overlooked because of course they all know what the best way is to handle any issue. I know most people would say FIRE THEM but finding and training is costly and most times does not give you the end result you were expecting.

So why WA, well in a word your only employee is you. No need to worry about anyone following your instructions, no one calls out sick leaving another to do their work. It is all on you. So if you have the motivation and are determined you can make this work.
