Goals
One of the biggest problems or downfalls in any major task one embarks on is the absence of written goals. Most of us start out by saying that we are going to do something and then fall short, not due to desire but rather not establishing goals. Goals, when written are like a roadmap to obtaining success.
Most people have heard this over and over and yet who actually follows through when trying to create a successful outcome. Year after year millions make new year resolutions but are they really goals, maybe, but it has been noted that 90% of all these resolutions fail. Why, well I believe that we are trying to compare goals with desires. These are to different things. Think of it this way, if I desire to make WA work for me, it may or may not happen. If on the other hand if I set up goals to be successful at WA and lay out a measurable plan I may have more success.
So when setting goals just don't desire that it will work, set in place a plan, one that is target specific and that can be measured.
