Finally made some Money!
Yep Ive actually started making money. Not just sales, not just income, but actual Profit!
After a flurry of sales the last few days I have finally turned the Bottom value in my income/outcome spreadsheet GREEN!
I often read most people who attempt WA or similar schemes fail. Most people end up never making any money or at least not making any profit, which is infact the same as losing money.
The income - outgoings cell on my spreadsheet now shows a positive value of around $60
It's not a lot.
It's a very poor return for my finaincial investment
It's a very very very poor return for my TIME investment
But it's only a start. Another Milestone reached. and I can actually say I have not FAILED at this even if I quit tomorrow.
I am all paid up on here until Black Friday so every $1 I earn from here on in is profit.

Yep, it would be crazy you quit now so I am stuck doing this for the foreseeable.
Luckily I still enjoy my writing so no problem there!
How long have you been on this trek? I've been here with my one website for 8 months. I recently haven't been able to post because I've been busy with moving and had to attend a funeral. Just trying to have a positive mental attitude. Hopefully my mind will become unblocked and can write some more for google to keep recognizing my website.
My Website has been up around 16months and the first 12 months it made very little money at all. The last 4 that has changed and every month has been a record breaker. Not by much but little steps all leading the right way.
That's awesome, so there is hope. So, how many times a week do you publish? Do you publish whenever, or have a set schedule? Like a i was doing Wednesday and Thursday, but now I was doing Wednesday at noon.This week I have nothing, because of having to travel for a funeral
I try and Publish twice a week and try to stick to a schedule of Tuesday and Friday. (Worth Saying, I write long 3-4000 word posts)
But I don't always manage it and I certainly don't stress if I don't. I just keep the site active. Either updating something or requesting some comments etc...As long as Google sees activity it helps.
Don't stress because you missed a release day LIFE is more important and attending a funeral or something like that should always come first.
The Key is not letting it bother you and simply pick up where you left off and just get on with it ready for your next release date. Don't kill yourself to make up for it, just let it go and carry on.
You will get there in the end.
Same here J. I've nothing but distractions, health issues and I too had a death in the family. So my focus has shifted, but the goal is to stay positive, when it all calms down. I haven't jumped off the ledge yet, so the only direction to go is forward.
