It is true what they say about the tech support team.

So I bought a Pro version of a theme and had a hell of a time uploading the zip file. After doing some research here it became apparent to me that it would not be a straightforward thing to do. I tried uploading via FTP but Filezilla would not cooperate.

So what did I do? I walked away and had a snack.

I came back and for the life of me I still could not upload a zip file. Long story short - I finally sent a support ticket to the tech guys and they got back to me right away (within a few minutes) and uploaded the zip file for me.

Done !!!

Thank you WA support team for saving the day.

I'm back in business.

Folks - save yourself the trouble and aggravation. Just send a ticket if you find yourself in a bind.
