Website drama?
Hello again,
So next phase is the website, so got the domain name chaos-creative.co.uk and started the word press website build and this is where I am finding it tricky?? I'm not sure if I am overthinking it or have chosen a niche that is too varied to start with?? I have numerous DIY/ restoration projects at home that I was looking to optimize by YouTube video clip builds. But this is going to take a little time to set up then use the projects to review tools, gadget and equipment that I can then link affiliates with.
so as I'm going through the web page build I'm finding that I would benefit from a logo, so jump online to find a logo that I can then customize in photo shop (Can use it to a basic level) but its now taking more time, also need content, which can't really be created until I am doing one of my projects. I have gone through some templates and have them ready to add when I get to that point. About me, affiliate disclosure etc. and again I still need to continue with the next stage of training but feel I am not at that point yet with the web page??? So currently at a possible overwhelm stage that can cuase a stall in progress.
So the question is how and what to move forward on?
Do i park chaos-creative and rethink a less complicated niche, or perciveer with the build to then follow up with the next stage of the training??
Any of you wonderfully experienced marketeers feel you have some suggestions i would truely appreciate a few pointers...

Hi Simon, The beginning can be overwhelming. I found that continuing to move forward in training was the best thing. I would finish one training and have so many questions. Then I would move to the next, and my questions would be answered.
So my suggestion is to do all of the training and if you need to go back through you can do that later.
Your website takes time to build as you are seeing, and it will not be at the top on search engines immediately, so it is OK to do things like the privacy policy and the about me page.
If Chaos Creative is what you want to do, then don't park it. Make progress, although it is slow.
Set up a calendar every Sunday. Write down what you need to do and complete each task before moving onto the next. Set your tasks up according to the training.
I found that I put off things that were hard or overwhelming, and my site became unbalanced. A task calendar helped to balance it.
I know I haven't answered all of your questions, so please feel free to ask more if you need or to ask for clarification of anything I have said.

Thank you for the excellent advice.
Did you also complete the boot camp affiliate training alongside your OEC or was this after?? I have had a look and again overwhelm was noted.

I did the boot camp, but it was not right away. I had to absorb everything first. If you are not promoting WA at this time, I suggest you wait a bit on the boot camp. It will be there when you are ready.
