I participate as much as I can to provide comments for members at WA for subjects I am interested. Almost always I ask questions related to the content. It could be to clarify something or ask where I can buy the product if a link was not provided.
My question is, should I expect to be notified if the site owner responds? I have never received a notification.

If you are curious you can look them up with the comments offered tab.
Most sites don't use a plugin that will notify you when your comment was replied to.
Thank you but it seems if you responded to an organic comment (outside of WA) there should be a way to notify the person if an email is provided.

I never received a notification for responses from websites I've commented on. You can see it in your WA dashboard under offered comments if approved. However, if your comment to a site was disapproved WA will notify you telling the reason why it was disapproved.
