My journey at WA
JOURNEY BEGINS
It was like driving in the desert with no hope of a gas station, speeding but not knowing where the road is leading me. I GPS success, caught breaking the traffic rules. Thank you Brian for raising the flag, I passed without a warranty or having to pay a penalty fee. I started building my website, I didn't have to brainstorm about a niche - I knew what I wanted to blog about (problem child) But by the time I bought a domain this was refined to mental health and how to overcome it, and live a good life. My website was indexed within no time, but my first two articles are still invisible to be indexed by Google. I followed training, learned about keywords and links. I began applying to several affiliate programs, and 98% declined my application.
WHAT NOW?
I continued with training and kept writing, clicked on Bootcamp and followed that too. I started receiving notifications that my content was indexed by Google. This gave me courage to keep in writing, I read the posts and questions asked by the community - I researched some of the terms used. Thank you Kyle for your comprehensive training, Jay for the strategies you recommended, wonderful WA community for your continued support. Dave I'm sorry, you were right the "water article" was supposed to be a website blog, but I wasn't clear of the difference - hate it when someone is sharp to pick up my mistakes (but I like constructive criticism). I am who I am today because of constructive criticism. Just to share a short story; my first job was a typist. I was very proud and enjoyed it until a man called Solomon told me it was not great, "stupid job" were his words. Responded like I responded to you Dave (defensive), but he pushed me to study further, completed my degree and a postgraduate diploma, and became an Accountant. I just want to say if you are pushed, it doesn't matter how, don't resist the change. Never underestimate yourself and settle for less.
SEVEN MONTHS LATER
Today I see the light, 98% of my content is indexed, every affiliate program is approving my application, and I hope that one day I will wake up and see the dollar.
If I can do it, you can to it too. Let's keep pushing ourselves. When you work hard, luck and opportunities mushroom.
Good luck with Black Friday.
