Time to be thankful
OK team. Today I turned 46.
Normally I let the birthdays slide on by and try not to register that another year has passed me by. This year however is somewhat different. It has been a year of change and it started 52 weeks ago.
Last year of course was my 45th and for those of you who have not reached that, it can be significant. It can be a time to reflect and a time to mourn those you have lost along the way that didn't make it that far.
I decided to make some changes to improve my situation, both financially and emotionally. I didn't know where to start but I knew with that decision the answers would come my way if I was ready and receptive to them.
Along my journey of improvement I realized I hadn't fulfilled my ambition of creating an income that would give me and my family the freedom of travel. So I set about sparking up my interest in online marketing and set about a search on the net for just that. Well I found it. It was or should I say is WA.
It is because of this community that I have managed to rebuild my faith in myself but not only that, I have also rebuilt my faith in humanity. I have witnessed the interaction of members who really don't know each other yet are willing to give of their time and knowledge to help one an other. This community is inspirational on so many levels.
For the first time in many a year I feel I am surrounded by the people I need to better my life and those who depend on me and for this I thank you all. There is so much more to WA than first meets the eye.
Success to you all and thank you for the support you have shown to me and each other now and in the years to come.
That's all.

Happy Birthday Joe, and I really enjoyed your blog. Hmmm! 46 is a good age I feel for a man. Life keeps getting better depending on how you look at it of course. I agree WA is a pretty awesome place and the people too.
Have a wonderful day Joe,
Linda
Thank you Linda. Isn't it great to be surrounded by such a community as this. Have a great day also and much success to you.
Happy 46th! It does seem the this is the time in life when people do reflect a lot on both the past and the future. Best wishes for a great and successful WA experience.
Cheers Quincy. A lot of reflecting done but time to move on with the now and future. I wish you much success.
Happy Birthday Joe,I am 44 on the 8th of October and starting to reflect a lot more of my direction in life.Wishing you well, where do you Scuba Dive?I did my PADI Certification in Cyprus and then I dove in Thailand to do my advanced open water diver, but that was 15 years ago and have not been to any hot countries to indulge in the sport for a long time.
Cheers Mark. Happy birthday for the 8th. I'm in the lower part of the North Island in NZ. I started diving in 1987 and have been consistently diving since. I worked as a dive guide for a bit in the Philippines and have been secretary and president of a dive club here in NZ. It's a magical sport. The water over here can be a bit nippy in winter but there's always great diving to be had.
I wish you well.
Indeed it is a great place to live. Not many people and plenty of coastline. We have our issues but by and large its a pretty safe and friendly place to raise a family.
