In regards to "Bold" text, the tool bar within your EDIT post/page area will give you a button to make text bold. To highlight words on your iPad, just press down on the word that you want to highlight to select it, then click the BOLD button.

Using an iPad is challenging for website creation. Hopefully you can get a cheap netbook or something similar. It sounds like you found a niche with a lot of potential.

Hey Scilla I wish the best of luck in your business. As far as website goes great layout, and are you solely using your iPad to manage your site because it might actually be easier to use a blog app like WordPress to take advantage of tools like bolding text.
