In an occasion a boss put a sign at the entrance to his office that said the person that prevented your growth just died and the funeral will be at 10:00 am at the gym. Everyone was worried and wondering who would it be? The time came and every time someone looked at the coffin was shocked, silent and thoughtful returned to his place. The reason was that within the coffin had a mirror with a sign that said you are the person who prevents your own growth.
Be patient, take your time and don't blame anybody just focus yourself and set a goal, no body can stop you from reaching your success.
