Achieving Success Without Stress

We live in a fast paced world where feeling overwhelmed and overworked is commonplace. We often hear people say that they are tired of not having enough time to spend with loved ones or enough energy to do the things they really enjoy.

Are we chasing more money, a better career, a new and improved lifestyle? What would happen if we simply walked? It may take longer to reach our destination, but then we might enjoy the journey, maintain our health, and upon arrival enjoy our achievements.

Success without stress is a lifestyle of choice. It is possible to achieve more of what we want with less sweat and struggle. 'Less is more', sometimes we need to ease up in order to get more done. Quantity does not determine success as much as the quality of what we do. It is about using our energy effectively. Rest and relaxation are important tools for success, which allows our bodies to use its energy more efficiently.

We must always be clear about how much energy we are willing to spend to achieve our goals.

Let us look at these rules which will assist us to free up our time and create more balance in our busy lives.

1. Alone Time: Find time each day to connect with a Higher Power, even if it is only a few minutes. This will relax our minds, refuels our bodies and helps clarify and focus our thinking.

2. Breathing: As we breathe more fully we recharge our bodies, calm our minds and control our vital energies.

3. Clarify Priorities: We are often overwhelmed because we agree to do more than is physically possible. It helps to have a "To do" list.

So friends if we are serious about enjoying a better quality of life with more energy and more time, we need to practice these rules and enjoy life with more success and less stress.

Thanks, Sylvia, they only stress that I get is on the road as Laos have a high deadly accident %, because of 80% of the road users have no drivers license and the other 20 % did just buy the license.

This was well put .I needed this to handle what I am facing now
while I am attempting to get this business off the ground saint is
coming up on ever side . I do give myself alone time and that works out fine. This breathing I have to do to get my thoughts together. I always clarify Priorities and am working hard to keep up with them.
I am really attempting to keep down stress although its very hard
right now.

I love love love this :) This is what I remind myself every day especially ever since I joined WA. There are so much to do and I want to do them all and achieve success. But we have to remember that each step we take to get there must be enjoyable and peaceful. It doesn't have to be all sweats and struggles.
