Achieving Success Without Stress
We live in a fast paced world where feeling overwhelmed and overworked is commonplace. We often hear people say that they are tired of not having enough time to spend with loved ones or enough energy to do the things they really enjoy.
Are we chasing more money, a better career, a new and improved lifestyle? What would happen if we simply walked? It may take longer to reach our destination, but then we might enjoy the journey, maintain our health, and upon arrival enjoy our achievements.
Success without stress is a lifestyle of choice. It is possible to achieve more of what we want with less sweat and struggle. 'Less is more', sometimes we need to ease up in order to get more done. Quantity does not determine success as much as the quality of what we do. It is about using our energy effectively. Rest and relaxation are important tools for success, which allows our bodies to use its energy more efficiently.
We must always be clear about how much energy we are willing to spend to achieve our goals.

1. Alone Time: Find time each day to connect with a Higher Power, even if it is only a few minutes. This will relax our minds, refuels our bodies and helps clarify and focus our thinking.
2. Breathing: As we breathe more fully we recharge our bodies, calm our minds and control our vital energies.
3. Clarify Priorities: We are often overwhelmed because we agree to do more than is physically possible. It helps to have a "To do" list.
So friends if we are serious about enjoying a better quality of life with more energy and more time, we need to practice these rules and enjoy life with more success and less stress.
