This is a question I had reason to answer this morning.

If you are just starting off online, what would you think is better, a Facebook page or your own website?

This is just one great question which I had never before thought of, seriously!

If you are an experienced marketer, a guru, claiming you have made millions online using Facebook, Twitter and so many other social sites.

Then tell me which is better?

Most internet users certainly are not website owners and for this reason all of us are mainly consumers. The present day trend is to have a Facebook Page and this is fact:

A FaceBook Page:

1. It is Fashionable
2. It is Classy
3. It is Prestigious
4. It is Free
5. It is Easy
6. It is Outer or Extra Social
7. It is Addictive
8. It is Abundant
9. It is Wasteful
10. It is Just Always Available

With over 1 billion users worldwide, Facebook is the biggest online Nation, maybe even a completely extra Planet.

Your Website:

1. Hidden and Unknown
2. Fashioned After You
3. Difficult to Understand sometimes
4. Misrepresented
5. Costly To Maintain
6. Lonely Most Times
7. Underutilized
8. Tiring
9. Ups and Downs Off and On
10. It Is Just You - Yes YOURS

So what do you tell your kids? What do you tell other users? What do you tell yourself?

Well look at it this way, there is no more Unemployment Worldwide. FaceBook and other Social Sites are employers.

Great News! All of us are employed finally, always logging in and working by the second, minute, hour. Some of us 24/7, 365 days.

Where do you get your Pay from then? Who pays you for the work that you have put in?

Where is it that you are the Boss?
