I checked and there is a link at the top of which says Leave a Reply. This would be where commenting would take place. I think it's because of the theme that I am using.

Yes, I see that, not the best.
It is far better if the comment section is at the bottom,
after people read, they can leave a comment.

I would consider a diferent theme.
