For a long time, I created Instagram content one post at a time.
Whatever felt right that day got posted. It worked sometimes , but it wasn't consistent or sustainable.
Using a pillar structure means choosing a few core topics you talk about regularly , then creating smaller posts that support those topics you talk about regularly , then creating smaller posts that support those topics. Instead of starting from scratch everytime, you are building around ideas you already believe in.

I usually stick to 3-5 content pillars.
