My First Blog On WA

Good morning to all in WA from the UK.

Just a very quick 1 to say hi to the community and introduce myself and hopefully my goals.

I'm Russell but you can all call me Russ as only my mother calls me by my full name usually when I have done something wrong (lol).

I live just outside the city of Wolverhampton with my partner 3 stepchildren and our dog. I have suffered with anxiety and depression ever since I lost my Father and best friend back in 2006, Since then 2 x divorces have really taken a toll on my mental health and finances.

So with that out the way and my partner of now 11 years by my side through some of my worst times I'm still here fighting and trying to make our future completely different from our past and with the help here at WA I don't see why it would not be possible.

I have a great passion for the outdoors scene and really enjoy fishing, walking, hiking, camping and just general sight seeing all of which have helped with my mental health and would like other's to feel the benefits from it that I have.

So my goal is to create a solid business based around the leisure industry by supplying leisure products from a pair laces for walking boots to the high end sport fishing boats and everything in between. Ideally would like to be debt free and financially free by the end of 2023 with an aim to be one of the biggest suppliers of leisure equipment in the UK and maybe scale this to be Global within the next few years.

Hey I'm 54 and not getting any younger (lol) but it's never too late to have dreams and passions.

I have been guilty in the past of the dreaded Shiny Object Syndrome but WA has actually shown me that there are genuine people out there willing to help others if it was not for WA I would not have a web-site and certainly would not be righting this.
