A month or so ago, I was implementing some pretty links and I was under the siterubix domain. I changed my domain to a paid domain and wondered if this would affect my pretty links as they would have 'siterubix' in them.
I asked site support, they wrote back to me within 15 minutes to inform me this would automatically change my pretty links. Relief!
I was looking through my site on my word press dashboard the other day and noticed that my health site was not good. It listed the issues but I could not understand what these were. I messaged site support, who acknowledged my message instantly. Twenty four hours later they replied saying all sorted please check. Just like that, I am back up and running and healthy again. I didn't need to do anything bar message them.
This kind of back up and service is worth the premium membership alone!!
