Site Support. Worth the monthly fee alone!

I hope everyone is well and staying safe.
I thought I would shout about how great the site support is here at Wealthy Affiliate. This is a post that im sure will be very helpful to any newcomers who are contemplating whether to go premium or not.
A month or so ago, I was implementing some pretty links and I was under the siterubix domain. I changed my domain to a paid domain and wondered if this would affect my pretty links as they would have 'siterubix' in them.
I asked site support, they wrote back to me within 15 minutes to inform me this would automatically change my pretty links. Relief!
I was looking through my site on my word press dashboard the other day and noticed that my health site was not good. It listed the issues but I could not understand what these were. I messaged site support, who acknowledged my message instantly. Twenty four hours later they replied saying all sorted please check. Just like that, I am back up and running and healthy again. I didn't need to do anything bar message them.
This kind of back up and service is worth the premium membership alone!!

I can concur as well :-) There was an issue with SiteContent inserting the free images when published to WordPress, that they weren’t being transferred with HTTPS. Contacted them and within minutes, this was resolved :-)

I have worked in IT support for some blue-chip companies and am still amazed at how good the IT support is here at WA.
The 5 minute response target is incredible! If I have a broadband or utility problem I can frequently wait in a telephone queue for over half an hour before I even get an 'hello'. The big companies could certainly lean a lot from 'little ole WA support'.
