Is it possible to find out who I signed up to WA through?

Floridajf has just replied to my question and if you just scroll down to the very bottom of your profile you should find the information there.

Is it possible to find out who I signed up to WA through?
I see you are getting different answers. Yes, go to your profile and scroll down to the bottom. You will see your first Private Message and you can click on your sponsors image to get to his profile.
Here is the first sentence in that post:
"Hi Victoria, how are you doing? My name's Vince and I actually referred you here to WA through my website Online Marketing With Vince. I just wanted to introduce myself. "
was it a private message and when did you send it? I have been really busy working with others and it is getting really early in the morning for me so I need to log off for now.
The last PM I see from you is from Feb 3 and I replied to it and you responded back to me. I didn't realize you were wanting a response back.
I responded back to it.

Can I change the user name I chose when I signed up?
You are allowed to change your username one time only, so make sure you like what you choose. :)
You just need to go into Account Settings and change it from there.
That's great - thanks. I don't think the one I put when I signed up is very pretty!!!

What is the cost of upgrading to Premium on a yearly basis rather than monthly?
Thanks for that - can you please let me know whether I have to upgrade at the initial $19 for the first month as I can't see any red button yet?
Yes, you do have to go with the first month at $19. It is a really great deal, then you can do a yearly membership from there.
You can do a yearly membership for $359, and it does save you quite a bit verses the monthly payment.
