My Pinterest profile has gone crazy lately. I have around 4000 followers but in the past week have gone from around 35K unique viewers to tonight 68K.
I have not done a lot differently, except that I have stopped following people myself.
all my photos have my website on them as the URL so although no sign ups, I am getting traffic. And they all have hashtags.

I post from yesterday, which was just a dog, got 20k views, 23 pins and 15 website visitors.
another that I posted the day before went from 5.3 yesterday to 13k today, from 14 pins to 53 and 3 website clicks to 9. I now have 10 pins that are over 1K views including 2 board covers...
absolutely stoked. I only post 6to 10 pins a day, not hundreds to get these views.
