I recently created a post describing the reasons I followed you. Now, I'd like to turn the tables and give you 5 reasons you should follow me. I know that probably sounds arrogant, and I don't mean to come off all braggadocio, but I think there are a hand full of reasons I would make a pretty decent followee. I'm trying to build my own little tribe within the wealthy affiliate tribe of people I have some commonalities with and can relate to... I think we all are, to some degree. That said, here are the reasons you might want to click my little green follow button...
I care. We live in a broken and greedy world. I'm not a huge George Carlin fan, but he did a bit called the American Dream (rated R), that I agree with for the most part. Corporate America does not care about you, they care about profits... about money. Sadly, most people don't care much anymore either. I do. Believe it or not, I care about you. I want you to enjoy your life, to experience love, to create success. I want to be a positive part of your life, to contribute something that adds to your life, if only a little bit. I want the best for you... I really do. How that plays out remains to be seen. For now, be content knowing there is at least one stranger out there who genuinely cares about you... me.
I share. If you've been following my posts or read my profile, you know I recently went broke, and must reinvent myself at 57 years old. There are millions of ways to make money and create wealth that exist today. This time around I decided I wanted to learn how to work from my laptop for several reasons.... controlling my own time, ability to work from any where at any time, low overheard, the ability to scale to infinity, and a gaggle of other reasons. As my knowledge increases, I will share it with you. If I figure out a way to create more traffic for my web site, I will share it with you. If I find someone who rewrites content economically yet with panache, I'll share that contact with you. If I find a high quality affiliate products that pay high commissions, I'll share that with you. I genuinely want to see you benefit directly from our relationship... so, I share.

Feedback. When I review your web site or a blog post, I take my responsibility to provide you with feedback seriously. I read your post with a critical eye. I look at the way your web site reads, looks, feels and flows. If something reads poorly to me, I will tell you. If the pictures are to big, to small or not there, when I think they should be, I'll tell you. If the layout of your web site feels chunky or cluttered to me, I'll tell you. I will be direct, but kind at the same time. My comments will be honest and to the point, but courteous. It does a person no good to receive positive feedback to a poorly written post or a sloppy layout. We're all here to learn and increase our skills. With that in mind, you can count on quality feedback from me.
I'm interesting. I know that sounds like I'm polishing my own apple, and I apologize for that. I don't mean to sound conceited, it's just that I tend to mix things up a little and lead an unusual life. I've lived in a small room in a big house on the big island in Hawaii, a pole house in the Thailand jungle, a tiny apartment in Hong Kong, a salmon boat in Alaska, a one room log cabin in the British Columbia wilderness, a rehab facility in Oregon, a bunk house on a cattle ranch, the burn unit at Emmanuel hospital, a small motor home, and a few other, more conventional places. I've started business, owned real estate, traded equities, made money and lost it... more than once. I've been married three times, twice to the same woman. I survived a nasty airplane crash, several car crashes, multiple ejections of the backs of cranky horses, a handful of 100 mph black diamond boarding face plants, and bent or broke more than one motorcycle. So, let's hang out. It will be, well... interesting.
Money. Making money and creating wealth has never been a problem for me, that part has never been all that hard to do. Rather, keeping my money once I've made is the problem that's plagued me. As I mentioned, I've been married three times, in a fist fight with the federal government twice, lived through two serious real estate market crashes, two stock market crashes, an airplane crash... all that have robbed me blind. I spent close to $500K in legal fees alone on my last divorce, and accepted a plea bargain for a crime I did not commit, which had it's own unique way of inflicting financial pain. Regardless of mistakes I've made and the challenges I've faced that annihilated my wealth, I'm still very good at making money and creating wealth. Following me will give you exposure to someone who already knows how to make money and create wealth, who will give you a bits of insight about things you should or should not do, based on real life experiences.
