My Niche Comes First.
I see my ranking is going up instead of down because I put my Niche first. By the time I have answered my e-mails from community members, which by the way thankyou and then posting on my site it does put me on the back foot. The reason I say my niche comes first is that I need to be on top of the Dart Tournaments when they are played and to get them posted as near as possible. Now if this means my ranking is affected so beit it's something I will have to put up with. When I can I will try to get it right.

No you are quite right, your niche should definitely come first. I need to take a leaf out of your book, as I spend far too much time with the wonderful people of this community and as a result, my site suffers!

Gosh no Robert, you are completely right. We all signed up here to learn to create a business for ourselves and that should come first and foremost if you are to achieve your goals. Some people have more time than others and are able to interact with the community as well as work on their site but at the end of the day, your site really should come first if you are to succeed. You can always work on your ranking after you have completed your site.
