What is Success?
Greetings WA members.
I had an epiphany I wanted to quickly share with all of you in this short post. Have you ever known something, even known it for a long time, and are comfortable with it, but didn't realize its full potential, until its far-reaching wisdom kicks in?
Well that's what happened to me today.
So here I am studying and exploring my website niche and I was reading on a website and I realized, more profoundly than before, the importance of BEING rich in our daily lives and not solely in our finances.
It seems there is so much focus on financial success, which is okay, but very little focus is on success in all areas of life. I always knew success meant far more to me than just money, but now I understand being successful in our every daily lives is all-important to being successful in our careers. Think about it!
So this is my epiphany: Success is a mindset, not a result, and that mindset inevitably spills out into every area of our lives. And to me, this is true success.
Let me know what you think.

I agree. It's fine to chase the all mighty "buck" but like still exists on the way there. I too learned some time ago that the reward is in the journey. Living a rich life isn't about money, although money does allow you to do different things. It's just a tool.
My family, kids, wife, all have given me a very rich life. Its a blessing to hear you have come to see this as well.
thanks for sharing Pearl!
Have an awesome journey!
Thanks for sharing. It seems like most of my epiphanies come to me when I least expect it.
Feels like you gave me a link that has nothing to do with my post. I'm sorry, just don't get it.
PS: Yes, I can spell. :)

I'm a practicing Buddhist, so I agree with you. Money can afford the financial freedom to do certain things, like travel, but in and of itself it can buy happiness...that comes from within.
I also believe that learning increases happiness and contentment. The process of learning how to build a profitable business here on WA builds confidence - confident people are happy people. :-)
