To New Beginnings
Hello Friends,
I have some exciting news! one of my posts has made it to page 1 on yahoo and page 2 on bing! But I did have three other pages that at least made it to 2,4 and 5 on yahoo that dropped completely after having to change everything to fit Amazon's rules.
Also, I finally got approved for google ads! So it's been a pretty exciting couple of days.
I also began studying for my Securities license exam, and I tell you what it's tough. It took me 5 hours yesterday to get through the first unit, and then I had to take a quiz. The quiz consisted of 15 questions in which I got a whole five questions correct. Reading the material, I thought I understood it but nope. However, they warn you that your first quizzes will be terrible no matter how well you think you know it, so don't give up. It happens to everyone. That makes me feel better about it.
But with all of that, I am finding it extremely difficult to have quiet time in my house. There is no space for myself which is making it even more challenging to try and study. I wish there were honestly a library close by or something, but I have my daughter and can't afford daycare.
So does anyone have any tips for studying and easy ways to remember key points? Or better yet, ways to keep a 3 yr entertained for more than 5 mins, lol

Congratulations Rachel, that' great news, I used to have the same problem trying to find things to occupy our daughter but found out she has a liking for Ryan's world on YouTube lol unfortunately my partner no longer has the use of her phone anymore haha but it works!!
Out daughter is 4 on Wednesday so not much age difference.
That's pretty much the best I can offer to help out I'm afraid lol
But again well done on everything just don't over stress things will come together for you, I have faith.
Best wishes
Ben
Thanks Ben, she loves Ryanβs world ! And pj max but if Iβm not watching it will here she wonβt stay focused on it. I even bought her a watercolor set, that kept her distracted the longest but now sheβs bored with it lol
Your welcome, my little terror was into paw patrol for awhile, I sit her next to me and she just watches away she very fidgety but I can cope with that lol.
If you put the subtitles on the TV as well she might focus on them and be less distractive it's surprising how quick they can learn, well up until you get to the why stage if you haven't already haha.
Everything is why?? Lol
Il try think of other ways you could occupy your little one and il let you know if I come up with any lol.
Good luck Rachel.

Congratulations, Rachel! I knew great things were coming your way :)
I would love to help you out with what you mentioned at the end of your post, but unfortunately that's completely out of my league. However, I have another hunch. I sense many people will soon be helping you out with that :)

Congrats on the rankings & progress! :)
Unfortunately I can't add any tips on keeping a 3yr old entertained LOL but I'm sure somebody else may be able to help. π
I can tell you from experience, keeping a 3-year old entertained is pretty much the same as keeping you entertained Dale, LOL.
And of course, congratulations Rachel, great to hear your progress.

Hahahah, I was gonna say the same thing myself, but then realized it wouldn't be wise to suggest that she sends her 3 year old off to raves ππ
Lol she loves watching these hamster mazes on you tube and the music they have on there is extremely rave like and very load. So that might be close enough ha ha

Hi Rachel
This is how I practiced exam questions for my degree.
Question 1 : Write the question out in full, write the answer out in full.
Question 2 : Write the question out in full, write the answer out in full.
Question 3 : Write the question .... you get the idea
Then throw all your written out answers away.
Start again
Question 1 : Write the question out in full, write the answer out in full.
and so on.
Throw it all away and start again.
By the time you get to the exam you will know all the questions and all the answers. It works.
Good luck
Dave
Thanks Dave! I will definitely try that!
