The Anxiety Started to Hit Me This Week

During December, I was put on a big project at my company with a large team and I knew life was going to be a lot more busy starting in January.

This was causing me some concern as I need to do well at my day job, but I didn't want to let off the gas pedal here at WA.

I spent a lot of time thinking about how to handle the changes and I knew time management was going to become critical, but I decided to take each day as it comes.

One Day at a Time

What has happened this week is by giving my complete focus during the day to my day job and then making the switch and giving 100% to my family and online business in the evenings, I have found I am excelling at both.

The concern or anxiety last week only helped me to refocus and learn how to take care of everything that is important in my life.

2023 really is going to be a banner year for me and for us all here at WA.

Glad 😀 you figure a way around.

Always remember not to eyeball everything 24/7. take a break or a breath in between. Manage your time wisely.

Between your job and wa. I had that same issue last year with school, work, wa, and personal time for myself.

I crashed and burned a few times. So now, I have carved out time for each segment as I was taught in school.

(Talk about how I did not pay attention in class or apply the information to me.)

I am getting a calendar together and making time for each part of my life.

Great advice. I have also burned out a few times. This is a work in progress, including putting the information to use that we learn here.

Yes they do. What do they say? If you're not uncomfortable then your not moving forward, or something like that.

I know what you mean, my friend! We must leave our comfort zone at times!
