Tweaking my Niche as I go
Hi All,
I started in the Fitness, nutrition, wellness niche and I still do like all aspects of it. As time has gone on I started to see other ways to specialize in this niche, for a lack of a better word. Writing about using dumbbells or what I should eat before and after a workout is great I love the knowledge and information. The thing about it for me is that there are so many people out there that blog or post about it. Tons of fitness or health influencers are out there, some post misinformation and some are very knowledgeable.
I just got to thinking about it and even though I may have my own voice about it and my own experiences, I still wanted to get away from the general fitness world. So one evening after looking around and researching I stumbled across an idea and decided I will include this into what I've already created. Meaning I'll keep what I've worked and still will improve the content, but now use this sub-niche to complement my content. So YES other people talk about it and there is content out there, but why I decided to go this way is that I believe that adjusting my niche will provide added value and information add a specialty so to say. This is my how and why I want to sort of stand out a bit more in this industry ..... So as time goes I'll see how it works out......
Thanks for reading.

True, Rich. I like how you’re evolving your niche instead of abandoning it. I did something similar when I shifted from general motivation writing to purpose-driven storytelling. The change gave my work new life without losing its roots. I still write wide, but with a central theme that connects the dots.
As we say, "No matter how far an eagle flies, it must come down to look for food."
Hey Rich,
Something to consider is creating some sort of simple app by vibe coding.
This is something that Kyle has covered in the latest bootcamp series.
Here is the specific episode: Vibe Coding Entrances, Sharing Content, and Content Efficiency Hacks While the topic is promoting WA, this can be applied to any business.
Good luck and keep sharing your authentic journey here in WA!
Regards,
Jay
Thanks! I did watch this and thanks for bringing it up I didn’t consider vibe coding anything but now will get the wheels turning. I feel like there is a practical application for my project.

I think your approach to this is excellent. Many people begin broadly when it comes to fitness or wellbeing, but it usually takes some serious experimentation before you discover out what *yours* is. To be honest, honing your emphasis just provides your material greater depth and direction; it doesn't mean giving up on what you've previously created. I've gone through a similar process myself; at one point, I even had to use https://support.unimeal.com/hc/en-gb/categories/6863319931154-Account-Payments to resolve certain account issues. This experience made me realize how much time we spend on administrative tasks rather than producing valuable material. Your strategy to combine your primary expertise with a more focused approach seems astute, viable, and truly original. Continue; it will be worthwhile.
