Back To The Basics. We have heard that statement many times and in many ways to apply it. But no matter what, it is a teaching tool of how to be Successful!
Chuck Noll became the Head Football Coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1969. When he was hired to coach the Steelers they were bad and I mean very bad.
His first year the Steelers were 1 and 13. That is, 1 win and 13 losses.
His motto when he was hired was to go: "Back To The Basics!"

This meant that he started a great training and fitness program for the players.
Those that followed his training program stayed with the team in the 1970"s and became very, very successful. When the players responded and bought into his training program the sky was the limit!
Chuck Noll was the most successful football coach that the Pittsburgh Steelers ever had.
As a matter of fact, one of the most successful in the history of coaching football.
The Steelers won 4 Super Bowls, 4 AFC Titles and 9 Central Division Championships while he was the Coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
This was all possible because he went "Back To The Basics!"
