You all take the time to read my posts thoroughly, pose questions whereby I am able to respond with either answers or links - which is absolutely brilliant.

Hello Android. No, is the honest answer, but there has been an increase since I started (I have been here closing on 3 months now). I am still trying to get my head around analytics etc.
Me too. I've only just installed the analytics and sitemap. The training was not the easiest as the google interface has changed. My site has not been indexed yet, but I hope this will fix it.
Have you tried resubmitting it? I am sure it will be indexed soon. Let me know if you have any problems
