My site has several posts to it now and I finished some pages attached to the site that have a little to do with cleaning up our menus. One page has to do with our drinking water and the amount of radiation the EPA and President Obama allow to flow in through our faucets. Another page has to do with the amount of rest and the best way to get better sleep at night. Lastly but not least, exercise is imperative especially for those of us with diabetes.
This site is more like a Diabetes Help 101 site. If you know of anyone who is pre-diabetic or has type 2 diabetes, please give them a link to my site. I developed my site because every site that I have visited seemed so "clinical" and really had nothing from the perspective of the actual human being diagnosed with the disease.
Diabetes is now a national epidemic. With 29.1 million people have diabetes and 21 million of those are actually diagnosed while 8.1 have not yet been diagnosed. https://www.cdc.gov/diabetes/data/statistics/2014s...
