Is just like Napoleon Hill said strong desire determination foccus on your goals yet with everything that happens in life sometimes is difficult to foccus and now I try to meditate on those times to get my positive self back and continue no Matter what !

Very true, and caution should be given to consider what you love badly enough to hold that you will do anything to have/achieve. What is really worth that unshakable determination. Too often we want something to only find in the end we have put everything into having it letting nothing stop us, to realize when we achieve the goal we have lost those things that gave the goal meaning in the first place. Lost things like friends and family. I do agree though if your goal is worthy let nothing stop you!
