Use Self-Doubt to Propel You Forward
The journey to financial independence is a tough one. However, I do believe that anything worth having is worth working hard for. After just a few weeks with Wealthy Affiliate, I find myself working hard to complete the lessons efficiently, build good habits in regards to creating a website - and in effect a business, and be active in the community WA knows will help those of us who need consistent encouragement.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve run the gamut of emotions in my effort to quickly learn what I need to do to reach my goal, which is to (have the ability) to leave my full-time job by the end of the year (2016). Signing up to WA I felt hopeful, excited, impressed and sure this would be a great addition to reaching my ambitious goal. While working full-time, living life and completing other projects my positive attitude dipped, rose and took a nose dive; making me question my actions to the point of stagnation.
What I’ve learned for the millionth time, is that nothing comes easy and if it does, it won’t last. This opportunity with Wealthy Affiliate has strength and will provide each of us (who are committed to the process) the ability to not only earn a great living, but the knowledge that we earned our way to living life on our own terms one lesson at a time.
If you need encouragement, let me know. I’ve realized the best way to get through self-doubt is to help someone else feel empowered.

Thank you. I was going gung-ho and then caught a cold and decided that I needed to rest a bit until I feel better. The first few days I was working almost 24/7. So, I think we do need a break occasionally to refocus.
The best to you.
Thank you Deb. Balance is the key, otherwise we won't be able to enjoy the 'fruits of our labor' because we're burnt out!
Thanks for writing this! I'm definitely going through ups and downs regarding the whole process (and my goal to make a living from this/whether it was the right decision etc). Keeping the motivation to continue moving forward isn't always easy.
It does take hard work and reading posts like this are always helpful.
Thank you! Keep going and focus on your goals. When you think about how you want your life to be 3-6 months, or a year from now, where do want to be? I ask myself that question all the time. It makes the current moment clearer.

Hi Remy, your words resonate strongly with me...and I totally agree with you. often in our darkest times of self-doubt and despair just simply reaching out to pat someone else on the back for a job well done, seeing that person empowered and appreciated fills you with a renewed energy and determination to continue in your own quest. Remy, I wish you every success and happiness in your own journey to realising your dreams.
Thank you so much. I wish the same for you. Hard work always pays off and it's great to have such amazing support!
