Effectiveness versus Efficiency

I Want to take this time today to express my gratitude to God for this opportunity, I never believed I could be that far in a very short time but it was possible with WA.

I have been learning and growing for almost three months now and I can confess that it feels good to finally understand that we can do a lot of things when we have the right tools and know how to use them the right way.

This week, I have learned two key elements of control as I am working on my business, building my first website which is active online now.

Those 2 things are :

1. Effectiveness
2. Efficiency

• First, to be effective means to achieve the goal set, your desired result. So, as a business owner, reaching your goal or your desired result for your business means you are effective, however, I also understand that if you want to be really effective, you will have to make a clear plan and set goals for your business.

Once the big picture is realized, you can set your business strategic objectives and remember for your goals to be useful and reachable, they must be smart:

"Specific -Measurable - Attainable - Relevant - Time-specific"

• Second, being efficient is to use the resources productively without wasting your valuable time, effort, energy, and money. In order words, efficiency is to use the best way possible the established method, going through the process to complete the tasks.

In the online world, wealthy Affiliate's step-by-step training, classes, coaching, and support from this community are great tools that I really intend to use in a very efficient way.

And of course, being efficient in business is equated with getting things done on time and within budget, and remember, in any business the goal is to be Effective and Efficient.
