Laying the foundation
After 7 months of prodding along, creating sites, adding content, linking with affiliate merchants, it finally seems there is traction.
I started this journey because (as my Bio says), my direction changed and the move from mundane corporate world was said goodbye to.
The sites were simple and it was mainly a port of call for our local community to have an alternative / additional advertising portal. At first, I did it for Mahala.
It worked well and the site grew in leaps and bounds. I could see hits but no converting as yet.

Striking gold
After all this time, adding and word of mouth, it finally seems that "the Eagle has landed". Through the word of mouth I've added a local branding company to my Services Portion of the site. They liked the 1-page added to the site and the 1st meeting to set up more has arose and the stoke is most definitely on!
There were some good words said in a brief telephonic chat and I could tell the excitement in his voice. Needless to say, I'm ecstatic myself and can't wait to wow them some more.
