Frustration Situation
There's not much more frustrating than when you are trying to put in some work and WordPress is bogged down so much that you can't even type. It's moving so slow that work becomes impossible. This has been happening the last few days...very unfortunate. =[

That's what I end up doing as well! Walking away and weather permitting taking a walk outside, along with some prayer always helps. Blessing up! :)
Is it just your site that's slow or other programs on your computer? If it's just WordPress and you working no your site, are you plug-in heavy? I had one of my sites slow to a crawl due to a certain plug-in. I had to take them all out one by one and then add them back in the same manner. Then the next time my site went nuts, it was due to a widget. So check those, too. Good Luck!
