Hi everyone,I just wanted to share some of my progress with you all in hopes that you would kindly check out my website and give me some much valued feedback. I have recently added several video's and burpee workout descriptions. I have also added a medicine ball review that includes an affiliate link to Amazon. My Google Adsense add is on the left side of my page as well. The goal of my website is to educate people about the benefits of burpee intervals, which is a form of High Intesnity Interval Training (HIIT). Burpee intervals are a combination of different sets of burpees with running and/or bear crawling. Your functional fitness is on display when performing burpee’s because with each repetition you will target your arms, chest, abs, glutes, guad’s and calves. Your goal when performing a burpee workout is to feel exhausted. If you feel good, you’re not doing it right! Burpees will boost your overall endurance in a quicker time period than any other form of exercise. The 2 main benefits of performing burpees are increased strength and endurance.
