Hi everyone!
I have really made some significant strides as of late with my website. I have been posting regularly once per week and have started to settle into a nice rhythm. I just posted my latest Amazon product and would appreciate any and all feedback. I have added also added two new pages - One of which describes what a burpee is and gives you a little background info. The other is my personal product reviews page where I explain my mission for posting product reviews and offer to review anything that users would like to get a second opinion on. Thanks so much for your feedback, I really appreciate it. I have been having my wife record me on her iPhone and I get my pictures by taking snapshots of the video after I upload them to my computer. Right now I just have a YouTube channel where I post my videos and I provide the links on my website. Would it better to post the videos on my actual website or just continue posting the links to my YouTube channel?

linking back or adding your own you tube video's is an excellent idea and a good opportunity to build good traffic, trying mixing it and see how it works out
I would insert it into your site just as I've seen it. your website becomes more attractive and accessable.

Your site is coming along well, I would change one thing. Your workout strategies are great, the pics are very good, add video it will get you more bang, get a still cam with a tripod or something, if the camera that you are using has video capability use it, video is the way for you my friend.
