Plowing ahead
How do you plow a straight line across a field?
It's really simple. Pick an object on the far side of the field from you. You start your tractor and start in that direction. How do you keep it straight like that you might ask.
If you keep you eyes on that object you will drive straight to it. Ever pass you make after the first one will follow it and be straight as well.
It's the same thing here. Keep your eyes on your target and you will drive straight to it as long as you keep driving.

There is quite a bit of adjusting to this type of thing...I know there was for me.
You will fill find the confidence when you need it. Just do a little bit every day...even if its just answering email.
