A turtle and scorpion were sunning on an island in the middle of a stream. A spring shower popped up and a steady rain began to fall. Soon the stream began to fill and the island began to disappear. As it became smaller the scorpion began to panic as he couldn't swim.
He finally approached the turtle and asked if he could ride to the shore on his back.
The turtle replied why should I do that, any other time you would sting me.
Yes I most likely would, but not today.
OK said the turtle get on my back.

Half way across the stream the scorpion could stand it no more and stung the turtle.
Why did you do that?, he ask now we are both going to die.
I don't know replied the scorpion, its just my nature.
Some times our nature can lead us into actions that aren't in our own best interest. so what can we do?
Today I listed 3 of my own faults that could lead me to failure at WA.
1) Procrastination.
2) Lack of self confidence.
3) Lack of patience when learning something new.
I will not let my nature stay as it is, I will change.
