Patience, Patience, You Shall Get There
Hi,
This is my very first post after 2 years (originally written on July 6, 2016 and updated as shown above). Yes, 2 years. It took me 2 years to realise that I was missing out on something. I was away pursuing other goals: writing a book that isn't even selling very well, completing a course, taking care of baby number 2, and searching for a new job. So, yes, I was very busy. But one question that I asked myself at the end of these 2 years was "What have I achieved on the long-term?"
I have obtained an advanced post graduate diploma but it has gotten me nowhere. I'm still working 6 days a week, sometimes all week. Baby number two is now a toddler, and her dad and I are worried about giving her and her elder brother the best education. But that won't happen without money.
This brought me back to Wealthy Affiliate. And this time around, I am more determined than ever to start and run a sustainable online business.
To all those who feel like giving up, please don't, not yet. You might be closer to success than you can imagine.

I really love your determination and drive! Very very encouraging. It's been about a week for me, if not already, with WA, and I couldn't agree with you more..patience is definitely the key.
@Prinz thanks for sharing; that was very authentic. A lot of us can relate to the feeling of being very busy but not getting very far -- or at least, not where we want to be. You seem to be very good at setting goals. May I recommend a book I'm reading now called "The One Thing" by Gary Keller. You may have heard of it or already read it.

Thanks for the inspiration. Everything happens for a reason. I believe those 2 years are not wasted. They made you a better person , more determined than ever to achieve life's goals. Marita
Thanks, Marita. I'm glad I came back to WA. Things are slowly falling into place.
