Dissaproving Negative Comments - Is it right?

Today I was upset when opened my mailbox because there was a WA mail indicating a disapproved commenting.
When I opened the disapproval it was due to a piece of negative commenting about a similar product which I was using. The author could not even understand that it was a negative comment on a similar product. You can see the screenshot here.
The author has just copied and pasted the negative commenting part from my comment in the Disapproval reason slot. He did not even mention the reason for the disapproval.

When there is a negative comment one should be happy unless otherwise irrelevant because this is the best opportunity to generate engagement in your post. You can create positive arguments so that you get a better engagement which is a positive thing for the SEO.

There are a lot of starter members and newbies in Wealthy Affiliate platform who may be even non-native English Speakers. So, In my opinion, it is not fair to reject the comments straight away.
What do I do?
1.Edit And Publish
2. Approve and delete from Dashboard - comments section.
3. PM the commenter.
Think Before Disapproving A Comment
Therefore, in my opinion, unless otherwise, it is a spam or abusive it is not a good option to disapprove the comments in Wealthy Affiliate comments. In wealthy Affiliate, we are helping each other. so, we can help each other to learn more and more.

2. Approve and delete from Dashboard - comments section.
3. PM the commenter.
